Please include the app version, macOS version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue involves an image, share it only if you are authorized to do so.
Working with images
The app supports TIFF, JPEG, and single-plane CZI snapshots. For complex CZI stacks, mosaics, time series, or multi-scene files, export a single image as TIFF first.
Automatic traces are proposals. Review each worm, correct the centerline where needed, and calibrate the image before relying on lengths in physical units.
Saved sessions
Sessions are saved locally on your Mac. The app’s start screen can resume the most recent saved session, and the in-app manual explains how to locate session files.
